Black Friday Causes Caution For Online Poker Players

With millions of online poker players in the US affected by the UIGEA regulations bill that was passed in America in 2006, the online poker industry has seen a huge shake up which has led to players wanting to find sites that were regulated within their own country to be able to play their online poker at but there are still issues for the US based players.

Finding the best poker sites to play your games at now has become much harder for both new and existing players as they have to now look further into the company in order to see which rooms are licensed within what territories in a bid to protect their account after the events saw vast number of players at two of the biggest online poker rooms in the world have their accounts locked and their money frozen while the sites were under investigation by the US department of Justice.

With the minefield that is now the online poker industry being one that many people just like you and me could well fear, I thought that I would give a little shout out to one poker site that seems to be profiting from the regulations after a stream of UK poker players turned their attention to the site due to their huge reputation in not only the online poker industry but the gambling industry in general, 888 Poker.

888 Poker is the online poker room offering from gambling giants 888.com and they are licensed across a wide number of countries in order to secure their offering for a wide range of nationalities, so you can feel safe in the knowledge that they are not about to have their player accounts seized at any time soon.

Although I have been playing with them for a while, many new online poker players are turning their attention to the site in a bid to satisfy their online poker needs and I think that you would be able to have a great experience with the site too, but don’t just take my word for it, check out the large number of 888 poker review results when you search Google.

It seems that I am not the only person who likes the site…
